摘要 研究了增塑剂、耐老化剂对PVC复合蓬盖材料耐老化的影响。结果表明:不同种类的增塑剂对PVC复合蓬盖材料耐老化性能的影响不同,添加DINP的PVC复合蓬盖材料耐老化性能优于DOP和TOTM的断裂伸长率保持率达到78.6%。添加抗老化剂的PVC复合蓬盖材料的耐老化性能显著提高,添加苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂后,其断裂伸长率保持率由原来的66%提高至88.3%。 The effect of plasticizers and aging resisters on the aging property of PVC composite tarpaulin material was investigated.The results showed that the effect of various plasticizers on the aging property of PVC composite tarpaulin material was different.Compared to those by addition of DOP or TOTM,the PVC composite tarpaulin material achieved the best aging property by addition of DINP,and its ultimate elongation reached 78.6%.In addition,the aging property of PVC composite tarpaulin material was remarkably enhanced via adding of aging resister.The ultimate elongation of PVC composite tarpaulin material was elevated from 66% to 88.3% by addition of benzotriazole,a kind of ultraviolet absorbent.
