摘要
通过活性粉末、石英砂、钢纤维、聚羧酸系高性能减水剂等材料的配制试验,分析并研究了石英砂在多级配骨料下不同水胶比、不同钢纤维掺量对RPC抗折、抗压强度的影响。各项性能指标试验结果表明普通硅灰、粉煤灰、矿粉、聚羧酸减水剂代替特殊专用掺和料和专用外加剂配制RPC混凝土能达到客运专线RPC混凝土的验标要求。
Through the compound experiment of such materials as reactive powder, quartz sand, steel fiber and high performance water reducer of poly carboxylic acid system, this paper analyzes the influences on anti-fracture and anti-pressure of RPC caused by multi-grading aggregates of quartz sand with different water-glue ratio and steel fiber mixing. Each result of performance index shows that the common siliceous dust, fly ash, mineral powder, poly carboxylic acid water reducer can substitute special additives and admixtures to be mixed with RPC and reach the requirement of acceptance standard of RPC for PDL.
