文章从机务运营安全管理的角度,针对高速铁路运营初期存在的不足,分析强化机务安全管理的立足点,对高速铁路运营机务安全管理提出了有益的思路与强化管理对策,以确保高速铁路运营安全万无一失。
Based on the safety control in locomotive and focused on the shortage of high speed railway operation in its initial stage, this paper analyzes the key point of strengthening safety control of locomotive, provides constructive thoughts for safety control of high speed railway operational locomotive and the reinforcement of management advices to ensure the safety of high speed railway operation.
