"十二五"时期是中国海洋经济发展的重要战略机遇期,随着江苏省沿海开发上升为国家战略,连云港市海洋开发将迈入新的阶段。在分析连云港市海洋经济发展现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了"十二五"时期连云港市海洋经济发展的基本思路、总体布局、发展方向和保障措施。

The Twelfth Five-Year Plan period is an important strategic period of opportunities for marine economy. With the Jiangsu coastal development upgraded to a national strategy, the marine economic development in the Lianyungang City will enter a new phase. Based on the current situation and existing problems of marine economy in the Lianyungang City, the author puts forward the basic idea, overall layout, development direction and safeguarding measures for marine economy in the Lianyungang City during the twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
