结核性咽后脓肿(附2例报告)

Tuberculous retropharyngeal abscess:With a report of 2 cases

目的 :提高临床对结核性咽后脓肿的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性研究结核性咽后脓肿 2例的诊治过程 ,对此病的病因、临床表现和诊治要点进行讨论。结果 :2例均治愈出院。结论 :确诊为结核性咽后脓肿后不宜行咽后壁切开排脓 ,以防切口经久不愈合。

Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous retropharyngeal abscess.Method:Two cases with tuberculous retropharyngeal abscess were retrospectively reviewed.The etiology,clinical manifestation and treatment were discussed.Result:They were cured.Conclusions:Incision and drainage should not be done in tuberculous retropharyngeal abscess in order to prevent the incision from no healing up.
