摘要
本文提出的数控车削加工教学实验仿真,对数控加工仿真的若干关键技术进行了研究,以此为基础建立了数控加工仿真系统并应用到教学中。学生利用此系统可以在计算机上模拟加工环境和在VERI-CUT平台上实现数控车削模拟仿真加工的过程,校验整个机床加工过程和加工程序的准确性,来帮助学生清除编程错误和优化切削参数,从而提高加工效率。
in this paper,numerical control turning teaching experiment simulation on NC machining simulation,some key technologies are studied,as the basis for the establishment of NC machining simulation system and its application to teaching.Students using this system can be simulated on a computer processing environment and platform in the VERICUT realization of NC turning simulation machining process,check the machining process and machining accuracy,to help students clear programming errors and the optimization of cutting parameters,thereby improving processing efficiency.
