仿真软件NCSIMUL在数控教学中的应用

摘要 为了改进数控教学,丰富多种教学软件的对比,避免更多理论数据的分析,笔者借助数控仿真软件NCSIMUL来辅助教学,并结合具体实例来说明利用该软件进行数控加工仿真操作的基本步骤。教学实践证明,学生借助NCSIMUL软件学习数控知识,更能提高学生对实际数控加工工艺过程的操作及数控编程的能力。针对性地应用教学,获得了良好的效果,也为数控人才培养开劈了一条新的途径。 In order to overcome the difficulties of numerical control teaching,enrich the teaching softwares and escape from analyzing the tremendous theoretical datas,the author conducts teaching asisted by simulated software NCSIMUL on numerical control and explains the basic steps to carry on the simulated process on numerical control with the help of that software by instantiation.the teaching practice has proved that students' capacity of digital control processing and numerical control programming have been improved during the learning of numerical control based on software NCSIMUL.the pointed teaching practice achieved good results and blazed a new path to cultivate talents on numerical control.
