摘要 目的 :应用磁共振相位对比法 ,采用流动分析软件 ,通过测量椎动脉的流速、流量 ,评价正常及病理情况下椎动脉血流动力学改变及其生理意义。方法 :测量了 8例健康人和 18例椎动脉狭窄时的椎动脉血流变化。采用K 空间段电影相位速度对比法 (SegmentedK spacecinephase -contrastMR )测量椎动脉的流量率曲线图 ,运用统计学分析 ,比较椎动脉横截面积、流速、流量及其返流量变化情况。结果 :MR相位速度图能准确地可重复地测量椎动脉的流速和流量。血流分析表明在病理情况下椎动脉的顺应性低于正常组 ,峰收缩期流速和平均流速明显降低 ,返流均百分比增加。结论 :MR相位速度图对椎动脉的血流动力学研究具有重要意义 。 Objective:To assess hemodynamics of vertebroarterial blood flow with phase contrast MR imaging. Methods:Eight healthy volunteers and eighteen patients with vertebrarterial stenosis were measured with Segmented K space cine phase contrast MR.The transverse area,velocity,flow rate and retrograde flow of vertebral artery were analysed with Statistical Analysis System. Results:The vertebroarterial blood flow could be measured with phase contrast map repeatedly and accurately.Analysis of vertebroarterial blood flow has shown that in cases with pathological conditions the compliance of the vertebral artery and peak systolic veolicity and capacity are significantly decreased Conclusions:The Segmented K space cine phase contrast MR is an important tool for non invasive evaluation of vertebroarterial blood flow.
