经皮加压钢板与动力髋螺钉治疗老年稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较经皮加压钢板(PCCP)和动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗老年稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的早期临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法对我院2011年1月至2011年7月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折病人进行研究,比较PCCP和DHS治疗老年稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的切口长度、手术时间、手术出血量、伤口引流量、卧床时间以及术后伤口感染等临床指标。结果 PCCP组切口长度、手术出血量、术后引流量与DHS组相比之差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术时间、下床时间及感染率也较DHS具有一定优势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PCCP手术治疗老年稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效,较DHS更佳。
