偏瘫患者下肢功能性电刺激和功能强化训练的临床观察 被引量:13

Clinical observation on hemiplegic patients with functional electric stimulation and intensive training on their lower extremities

摘要 目的 观察偏瘫患者接受下肢功能性电刺激和功能强化训练的治疗效果。方法 48例偏瘫患者随机分为两组,普通康复组和功能性强化训练组,每组24例。评定下肢运动功能及平衡功能采用简式FuglMeyer积分法,评定日常生活活动(ADL)能力采用Barthel指数。结果 功能强化训练组患者的下肢运动功能、平衡功能及ADL能力治疗后较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.01),与普通康复组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 功能强化训练是提高偏瘫患者下肢运动功能。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of functional electrical stimulation (FES) and intensive training on the lower extremities of hemiplegic patients. Methods 48 hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into two groups. One group was trained with functional electric stimulation and intensive training. Another was trained with conventional treatment. The motor function and balance ability of all patients was assessed with Fugl Meyer scale and activities daily living(ADL),with Barthel Index. Results The motor function of lower extremities,ADL and balance ability after intensive treatment were improved significantly as compared with those of before treatment (P< 0.01 ),and compared with common rehabilitation group,the intensive treatment group showed significant difference(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion It is demonstrated that the intensive treatment method is effective for improving affected lower extremity function, ADL and balance ability in hemiplegic patients.
