摘要 高海拔地区的缺氧与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。缺氧可通过多种机制促进肿瘤的发生发展,包括诱发酸性内环境、触发肿瘤微血管形成、影响血管生成拟态、诱导上皮间质转化、重塑细胞外基质、促进肿瘤免疫逃避和肿瘤适应、维持肿瘤干细胞的存在以及抑制衰老。靶向缺氧可能成为肿瘤治疗新的有效策略。 High-altitude hypoxia is closely associated with cancer initiation and progression. Hypoxia promotes tumor development through multiple mechanisms including modifying acidic microenvironment, triggering tumor angiogenesis, influencing vaseulogenic mimicry, inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition, remodeling of extracellular matrix, promoting immune escape and adaptive landscapes, maintaining cancer stem cells and inhibiting senescence. Targeting hypoxia may become a novel efficient strategy for cancer therapy.
