合肥某高校学生面部蠕形螨感染情况调查及分析 被引量:3

Investigation and analysis of human Demodex infection in Hefei college students

摘要 目的了解合肥地区某高校大学生蠕形螨感染情况,分析蠕形螨感染与性别、面部分布、各种面部皮肤疾患的关系。方法2004、2005、2006年采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法分别对二年级(2003、2004、2005年级)在校大学生蠕形螨感染调查,同时针对卫生习惯和面部皮肤疾患(毛囊炎、眼睑炎、痤疮、脂溢性皮炎和酒渣鼻等)者进行问卷调查。计算蠕形螨感染率、分析其与卫生习惯和面部皮肤疾患的关系。结果共有1016名在校大学生受检,蠕形螨阳性人数217人,总感染率为21.36%.男、女生感染率依次为23.28%、19.21%。毛囊蠕形螨、皮脂蠕形螨感染率分别为52.07%、42.86%,两种蠕形螨混合感染5.07%。鼻翼部位检出率88.94%,前额和颊部检出率分别为24.42%和22.58%。卫生习惯不良及有面部皮肤疾患者感染率为47.16%,卫生习惯良好及无面部皮肤疾患者感染率为15.96%。结论大学生蠕形螨感染比较普遍,蠕形螨感染与面部皮肤疾患存在相关。集体生活可能增加蠕形螨相互感染的机会,与大学生寝室环境卫生和日常卫生习惯有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the infection status of human Demodex infection in Hefei college students and to analyze the relationship between the infection and gender, facial distribution and a variety of facial diseases. Methods College students in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hefei were investigated with cellulose sticky tape method. The hygein habits and facial skin complications ( hair follicle inflammation, eyelid inflammation, ache, sehorrheie dermatitis and rosacea, etc. ) were investigated with questionnaire. The infection rate of Demodex was calculated and the relationship between the infection rate and hygein habit/facial skin disorder was analyzed. Results A total of 1 016 college students were investigated. The number of Demodex infections was 217, the total infection rate was 21.36%. The infection rate in male was 23.28% , and in female was 19.21%. The infections of Dernodexfolliculorum and D. brevis were 52.07% and 42.86% respectively. Mixed infections of the two species were 5.07%. Detection rate at wing of nose was 88.94% , at forehead and cheek were 24.42% and 22.58% respectively. The infection rate in patients with poor hygein habit and facial skin disorders was 47.16% , while it was 15.96% in students with good hygein habit and without facial skin disease. Conclusion The infection of Demodex is common in Hefei college students. Demodex infection has a close relationship with facial skin diseases. Dormitory life may increase the chance of Demodex infection, and it is closely related to the dormitories' sanitation and daily habits in college students.
