摘要
目的探讨健康教育干预活动对学生健康知识的影响,为日后健康教育项目的开展提供依据和思路。方法采用方便抽样方法,以自行设计的自填式问卷为调查工具,对四川、甘肃、陕西3省项目地区共1 633名四年级小学生进行不记名的横断面问卷调查。调查内容包括:学生基本情况、健康知识知晓情况及其健康教育干预活动参与情况。结果 6道健康知识题均回答正确的学生占24.1%,小学生健康知识得分为(4.05±1.67)分。参加讲座、获得宣传材料、参加知识竞赛和健康教育课的学生属于健康知识高得分组者分别是没有参加相应干预活动的2.242,1.593,1.591和2.295倍(P<0.01)。结论 4项健康教育干预活动有助于小学生健康知识水平的提高,应在日后的健康教育项目中加以推广。
Objective To find out the influence of health education interventions on health related knowledge among junior students,and to provide evidence for health education programs.Methods A cross-sectional survey,which adopted with convenience sampling,was conducted among 1 633 four-grade junior students with self-administered anonymous questionnaires in Sichuan,Gansu and Shanxi provinces.The contents of questionnaires included students' social-demographic characteristics,their health related knowledge awareness and participation in health education interventions.Results About 394 students answered all 6 questions about health correctly,accounting for 24.1%;the score of health related knowledge among students was(4.05±1.67).Students who attended lecture,got publicity materials,participated in knowledge contest and health education course were respectively 2.242,1.593,1.591 and 2.295 times as in high health related knowledge score group than those who had not accepted relevant interventions(P0.01).Conclusion The four health education interventions pointed at students all had positive influence on their health knowledge improvement and therefore it should be advocated in health education programs in the future.
