浅论高校思想政治工作中大学生的自我教育

An Analysis of Student's Self-education in College Ideological and Political Work

论述了当前在高校思想政治教育中实施大学生自我教育的必要性:自我教育是满足大学生自我提升要求的现实需要,是实施素质教育的需要,是提高高校思想政治教育工作实效性的需要,是适应当今社会环境的要求。在此基础上,提出了开展大学生自我教育的具体措施:激发和培养大学生的自我教育意识;以疏代堵,引导大学生进行自我教育;利用主题沙龙活动开展大学生自我教育;充分发挥网络在大学生自我教育中的作用;发挥榜样在大学生自我教育中的示范作用。最后阐述了思想政治教育工作者应对大学生自我教育的策略。

This paper analyzes the importance of college students＇ self-education in ideological and political education,which is required by quality-oriented education and students＇ growth,as well as the demand to improve the actual effect of ideological education and to meet today＇s environment.Based on its feasibility of developing self-education,the concrete measures are put forward： to arouse students＇ awareness of self-education,to guide by persuasion,to create various salons and to paly students＇ model role.The paper also expounds the specific requirements of ideological and political workers.
