2010年四川省山丘地区沟渠钉螺分布情况调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解四川省高山亚型与丘陵亚型血吸虫病流行区的钉螺分布特点。方法 2010年,分别在高山亚型流行区的西昌市和丘陵亚型流行区的广汉市选择10个自然村和5个自然村,采用系统抽样法对所选自然村的全部沟渠进行钉螺调查,用压碎法检查捕捉的全部钉螺,计数感染性钉螺数量。结果在西昌市的10个自然村共查螺6562框,捕获钉螺3055只,未发现感染性钉螺;在广汉市的5个自然村共查螺2201框,捕获钉螺801只,未发现感染性钉螺。西昌市沟渠的有螺框出现率和广汉市沟渠的有螺框出现率分别为18.748%和5.316%,两者差异有统计学意义(x^2=205.3259,P<0.01)。结论四川省丘陵亚型和高山亚型血吸虫病流行区沟渠钉螺的分布无明显区别,高山亚型流行区是该省血吸虫病防治工作的重点。 Objective To understand the snail distribution in ditches in mountain subtype and hill subtype schistosomiasis endemic areas in Sichuan province. Methods In 2010, 10 and 5 villages were selected respectively from the mountain subtype endemic area of Xichang city and the hill subtype endemic area of Guanghan city, the snail distribution in ditches in those villages were investigated by the systematic sampling method, and a11 the captured snails were dissected to identify infected ones. Results A total of 6 562 flames were investigated in 10 villages in Xichang city, and 3 055 snails were captured, but none infected snail was found. A total of 2 201 frames were investigated in 5 villages in Guanghan City, and 801 snails were captured, but none infected snail was found. The occurrence rates of frames with living snails in Xichang and Guanghan were 18.748% and 5.316%, respectively, and there was a statistically significance between two cities (X2= 205.3259,P〈0.01 ). Conclusion There were no obviously difference in snail distributions in ditches between mountain subtype and hill subtype schistosomiasis endemic areas in Sichuang province, and more attention should be paid to the mountain subtype endemic areas in schistosomiasis control in the future.
