摘要 目的建立云南光壳钉螺人工繁殖的饲养方法。方法在实验室条件下采用泥盘草纸饲养法,对云南两地钉螺进行平行饲养观察。结果 3、4、5月份两地子一代钉螺产卵指数分别为6.3、14.5、15.7,3月份孵化率达75%,12个月死亡率22%。结论本方法适用于云南钉螺的人工饲养繁殖。 Objective To establish artificial rearing and reproduction methods of Oncomelania snails with smooth shells in Yunnan Province. Methods The snails from two places of Yunnan province were reared using the mud plate and rough straw paper rearing method in laboratory, and the survival and reproduction abilities of those snails were observed. Results The spawning indexes of the first filial generation snails in March, April and May was 6.3, 14.5 and 15.7 respectively. The hatching rate of the snail eggs was 75% in March. The mortality rate of the snails was 22% twelve months later. Conclusion The mud plate and rough straw paper rearing method is applicable to artificial rearing and reproduction of Oncomelania snails with smooth shells in Yunnan province.
