摘要
目的了解淮南湖河沿岸似锥低颈吸虫自然疫源地情况。方法现场调查淮南洛河、窑河、高溏湖和焦岗湖4水域的生态环境,收集家鸭粪便并用改良厚涂片法查找似锥低颈吸虫卵;取斯氏萝卜螺经压片、镜检,分离雷蚴和尾蚴,采集隔扁螺经压片、镜检,分离囊蚴,并将分离获得的囊蚴感染雏鸭;解剖购自沿岸村民的家鸭和人工感染的雏鸭,取肠管分离成虫。结果家鸭粪便中以锥低颈吸虫卵平均阳检率为10.50%(21/200);斯氏萝卜螺中雷蚴、尾蚴阳检率为0.50%(4/800),隔扁螺囊蚴阳检率为1.17%(14/1200);家鸭肠管内成虫的分离阳检率为5.0%(3/60),经囊蚴感染的雏鸭肠管内可分离出成虫。结论淮南湖河沿岸存在锥低颈吸虫自然疫源地,其生活史可在斯氏萝卜螺、隔扁螺和雏家鸭体内完成。
Objective To investigate the status of natural nidus of Hypoderaeum conoideum in Huainan Area. Methods The eggs of Hypoderaeum conoideum in dung of the ducks were collected by the method of Kato' s thick smear. The rediae, cercaria and encysted metacercaria in Radix swinhoei were separated by tabletring, microscopy examination. The encysted metacercaria in Segmentina schmackeri, were separated by tabletring, microscopy examination, and infected the brood ducks artificially again. The adult worms in cecum of ducks bought from fishermen and the experimental brood ducks were separated after dissection. Results The average positive rate of eggs of Hypoderaeum conoideum in stool of ducks was 10.50% (21/200). The positive rate of rediae and cercarriae in Radix swinhoei was1. 0.50% (4/800). That of encysted metacercaria in Segmentina schmackeri was 1.17%(14/1200). The positive rate of adult warm in cecum of ducks was 5.0%(3/ 60). The adult warm in cecum of ducklines infected by encysted metacercaria could be separated. Conclusion Natural nidus of E.miyagawai exists in Huainan Area and it can be bred in Radix swinhoei, Segmentina schmackeri and brood ducks.
