中美金融服务贸易竞争力研究

Research on International Competitiveness of Financial Service Trade Between China and USA

随着运输等传统服务业在世界服务贸易份额中比重的逐渐下降,以金融、保险等为代表的知识密集型服务业日益成为未来服务业竞争的焦点,而金融服务贸易竞争力强弱也成为衡量一个国家贸易竞争力的重要指标。通过最新的研究数据对中美金融服务贸易加以比较分析后发现,我国金融服务贸易相对于美国来讲,在国际竞争中处于劣势地位,从1997-2010年的发展来看,金融服务贸易对中国的服务贸易贡献较小。要改变目前金融服务贸易进出口结构不平衡的现状,必须积极实施走出去和引进来战略,完善金融市场,增强金融服务业技术创新能力,加强金融监管,利用金融行业组织的促进作用,加快实现人民币国际化进程。

The paper analyzes international competitiveness of financial service trade between China and USA from 1997 to 2010,and calculated the percentage of financial service trade、 trade competitiveness index and Michaely competitive advantage index separately.It was found that China＇s competitiveness of financial services significantly lagged behind USA.According to the analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the international competitive power of China′s financial service trade.
