Establishment of Assessment Indexes System of Research-based Hospital and Advices

本研究通过解析研究型医院的内涵特征,明确研究型医院建设的内容与要求,在借鉴研究型大学评估经验的基础上,构建包括发展定位、医疗技术水平、科研能力和水平、人才培养等4个一级指标,10个二级指标和25个三级指标的研究型医院评估体系,为研究型医院提供建设的重点内容和具体目标;阐述研究型医院评估目的并提出相关建议。

Through analyzing the connotation characteristics of the research hospital, the main contents and requirements were made clearly of research hospital. Based on the experience of research university assessment, the author constructed the assessment system of research hospital, including the development localization, the level of medical treatment, scientific research ability and level, talent cultivation. There are three levers in research hospital assessment system, 4 indexes in level 1, 10 indexes in level 2 and 25 indexes in level 3. Also the key contents and specific goals were provided of research hospital construction. Finally, the purposes and the relevant suggestions were discussed for hospital assessment.
