摘要
针对血液透析室存在管理环节不流畅、血透知识更新慢、患者依从性不高等问题,提出血透室规范化管理的四个环节:一是发挥团队作用;二是强化岗位责任制,重视不良事件和错误的报告;三是加强学习培训;四是重视患者随访。
In the hemodialysis unit management, there were three major problems as no fluency of man- agement link, slow refreshment of dialysis knowledge, low patient dependence, so it was extremely important to perform normative management. Therefore,we suggest that normative management of dialysis must grasp four links ： bringing the effectiveness of team into play ; strengthening system of duty responsibility and laying store by the report of errors and adverse events; enhancing training and laying an emphasis on follow up of the patients.
