摘要
通过对我省三北防护林体系建设情况的简要总结以及对工程建设存在问题的分析,分区提出了我省三北地区的治理对策及主攻方向。
Based on the investigation of previous phases of the program,new measures and focus in the fifth phase of three-north shelterbelt construction in Shaanxi were proposed.
