高校社会工作实验教学的主要问题与改革路径

Study on Primary Problems and Reform of Social Work Experimental Education in College

随着社会工作职业化的进一步发展,专业学位教育招生规模逐步扩大,社会工作专业对实验教学的要求越来越高。近年来,社会工作实验室建设取得了显著的成效,然而重建设轻教学、实验课程开设不足、师资力量短缺、教学过程游戏化等问题突出。因此,试从教学体系建设、教学师资建设、配套设施改革等提出改革建议。

Experimental education of social work has been required seriously along with its professionization and enlargement of enrollment of MSW. The building of social work lab has acquired remarkable suetess, while course building of experimental education is still lagging behind. Till now, building of lad has been paid more attention than experimental eourse, teacher majoring i＇n experiment is short, and the courses are gamed. All these problems should be resolved. Several suggestions are proposed to resolve these problems, which include the building of course, teachers, and reformation of facilities.
