血清结核抗体IgG检测在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的结核性胸膜炎患者血清结核抗体IgG的临床应用价值的再探讨。方法回顾性调查结核性胸膜炎患者血清结核抗体IgG阳性率,并与涂阳肺结核患者血清结核抗体IgG阳性率及健康人群血清阳性率比较。结果 1158例结核性胸膜炎患者血清结核抗体IgG阳性265例,阳性率22.88%,明显低于有肺部病灶的涂阳和涂阴肺结核患者(P<0.01)。结论血清结核抗体IgG检测在结核性胸膜炎患者中的意义不大,临床应用价值不高。 Objective To reexplor the value of tuberculosis antibody(TB Ab)IgG in tuberculous pleurisy patients.Methods The positive rates of serum TB-Ab-IgG in TB pleurisy patients,the smear-positive TB patients and the healthy people were detected.The positive rates of serum TB-Ab-IgG in TB pleurisy patients were compared with TB pleurisy patients and the healthy people.Results The positive rates of serum TB-Ab-IgG in 1158 cases were 62.9%(265cases).The positive rate of serum TB-Ab-IgG was much lower in TB pleurisy patients compared with the smear-positive or negative patients.Conclusion The detection of TB-Ab-IgG antibody can not be used as an indicator for diangnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
