MEBO纱条脓腔引流治疗前庭大腺脓肿56例疗效观察

56 Cases of Bartholin's Abscess Treated with MEBO Ribbon Gauze and Vomica Drainage

目的 :观察自制MEBO油纱布条引流前庭大腺脓腔临床疗效。方法 :自制MEBO油纱布条长 1 5～ 2 0cm ,宽 3cm ,高压消毒 ,经前庭大腺造口瘘处填塞脓腔 ,2日换药一次。结果 :90 %以上的病例经 2～ 3次换药达到愈合。结论 :MEBO油纱条作为前庭大腺脓肿切开后的治疗效果显著。

WT9.,10.25BZ] Objective: To observe the efficacy of self-made MEBO ribbon gauze in treating Bartholin's abscess by vomica drainage. Method: Self-made sterile MEBO ribbon gauze, 15 to 20 cm long, 3 cm wide, was applied to the vomica, the dressing was changed every 2 days. Results: More than 90% of the cases healed after 2 to 3 times of dressing change. Conclusion: MEBO ribbon gauze is very effective for treating Bartholin's abscess. [WT9.,10.25HZ][
