Application of motivational interviewing in diabetic education: a literature review

摘要 2010年中国糖尿病患者人数已超过9000万,成人患病率达9.7%[1]。不良的生活方式被认为是引起糖尿病流行的重要影响因素之一,改变患者的行为和认知对其预防和治疗至为关键[2]。动机性访谈（Motivational interviewing,MI）是一种以患者为中心的咨询方式,着眼于改变患者的动机,以达到改变其行为的目的[3]。目前在西方国家MI已被广泛应用于临床,并进行了大量的循证医学研究[4-5],取得了良好的效果,但是在我国关于MI的应用和研究还比较少。因此本文将系统性回顾MI的概念、技术及其在糖尿病患者教育中的应用,阐明MI在糖尿病治疗中的作用。
