摘要
分析运营商网管发展现状,阐述如何在保留原有各专业网管系统的基础上,从面向客户业务和服务的角度发展运营商的综合网管系统,并与网络资源及运维流程等支撑系统紧密耦合,实现以客户服务为中心的综合网管系统。
This paper analyses the current network management system and states how to develop the operators’ integrated network management system from the point of view of the customers and services, to combine network resources and OSS and to realize the integrated network management system which focuses on the customer service based on keeping the original system.
