Research on Telecom Product Mode Construction

从产品管理实际需求出发,聚焦产品管理关键问题,设计了实用电信产品模型—PTPM(Practical Telecom Product Model),并分析该模型的主要优点,对国内电信运营商具有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper presents a design model, which is called Practical Telecom Product Model (PTPM) and bases on practical needs and focuses on the key points in product management within Chinese carrier, and analyzes the main advantages of it. Hope it to be reference to telecom operators in China.
