人的发展、教育自身本是一个整体,若教育变革仅关注其中某一方面、要素,那只能是头痛医头、脚痛医脚,并未从根本上解决＂病症＂。变革要产生持久而全面的效果,一种长期性的、化育到每个人当下及其未来的生存中去的效果,而不仅仅是当前的效果,势必要深入到人的生存方式中去展开变革,此变革即是文化的变革。

The development of human beings and education are essential the whole. When we reform the education, just pay attention to some aspect or element, then we just change the aspect with problems not the whole. In fact, we don＇ t solve the problem. If we want the reform has a lasting, whole, permeating effect in everyone＇ s life, then it must go deep into the living patterns, namely, the cultural changes.
