摘要
学校的办学效能提升与对教师劳动的科学认定有着紧密的联系。在新课程改革背景下,对教师劳动量认识应与劳动技术含量紧密结合。对教师劳动质的分析,既要关注劳动过程中的质量达成,也要关注一定阶段后劳动业绩的达成。从教师在创造教书育人附加值的过程中提升视野,对教师劳动进行科学认定,能持续提升学校的办学效能。
The improvement of school effectiveness is closely linked with the scientific recognition of teachers' labor. A- gainst the background of the new course reform, we should combine the understanding on amount of teachers' labor with labor technology content tightly. We not only have to pay attention to both the quality and quantity during the labor process, but also the achievement of labor performance after some time with regard to the analysis of teachers' labor quality. It can cause an ever- lasting escalation of school effectiveness by broadening teachers' view in the course of creating added value when teaching students and by adopting a scientific recognition of teachers' labor.
