摘要
上海市实验学校的"学科发展月"活动是教师专业发展的一个有效载体,它有利于不同职业生涯阶段的教师形成发展共同体,也有利于形成学习方式"三位一体"的教学科研新模式。学生的智慧潜能开发得益于教师的专业发展,教师的终生专业发展离不开教研组,这个促进教师专业发展的学科团队,更离不开促进教师专业发展的学校。
Shanghai Experimental School "discipline development program" activity is an effective vehicle of teachers pro- fessional development, which is conducive to the formation of a development community among teachers in different stages of their career, but also conducive to the formation of a new model of teaching and research on learning "trinity".
