“工程材料及成型工艺”课程教学方法研究

摘要 "工程材料及成型工艺"是高等院校机械类专业近年来开设的一门重要的技术基础课。但与机械类专业学生学习的先导课程相比,课程呈现出内容广泛、知识点多、逻辑性差、叙述性多、实践性强等突出特点,学生学习不适应,出现了各种问题。文章通过分析课程的知识结构特点,结合奥苏伯尔的认知同化学习理论,指出本课程使用通常教学方法难以使学生建立逻辑意义,也就不能实现有意义的学习。通过优化整合课程知识体系,理论教学结合工程实际,强化以职业能力培养为目的的实践环节,课程教学取得了良好的效果。 The curriculum "Engineering Materials and Formation Process" is an important technical basic course which offered in recent years by the mechanical major in college and university. It is different from the forerunner curriculums learned by the students in the mechanical major, for example, it has the widespread contents, multiple knowledge points, bad logic, narrative description, strong practice. Therefore the students do not adapt the study of the curriculum and find some serious problems in their study. This paper analyzes the knowledge structure of the curriculum, combines with the AuSuBel's cognitive assimilation theory of learning, and points out that it is difficult for usual teaching method to make students establish the logical meaning, thus cannot realize meaningful reception leaning. The curriculum teaching has achieved good results through optimizing knowledge structure of the course, combining theoretical teaching with engineering practice, strengthening the practice link targeting on professional ability cultivation.
