摘要
目的:研究人胎儿膀胱的肥大细胞的组织化学性质的变化。材料和方法:取43例不同胎龄的人胎儿膀胱切片做HE染色和AB-S染色并测定肥大细胞的临界电解质浓度值及硫酸小蘖硷荧光染色。结果:6月龄前肥大细胞数量少,其颗粒经 TB染色呈淡紫蓝色,AB-S染色呈蓝色,临界电解质浓度值偏低,其颗粒的糖胺多糖的硫酸化程度偏低;6月龄后肥大细胞数量则明显增多,颗粒经TB染色呈深紫红色,AB-S染色出现红色及红蓝混合色,临界电解质浓度值偏高,颗粒的糖胺多糖的硫酸化程度也偏高,可合肝素。结论:在人胎儿膀胱发育中肥大细胞的组化性质发生了明显改变。
To study the histochemical property changes of the mast cells in bladder of human fetus. Materials and Methods: The sections of different months old fetuses were stained respectively with Toluidine blue(TB) and Alcian blue-Safranin(AB-S) mixture. The critical electrolyte concentration (CEC) in the mast cells and their fluorescent characteristic of Berberine sulphate staining were also investigated. Results: In fetuses younger than 6 months, the number of mast cells was less and the granules were pale violet and blue with TB and AB-S stainning respectivey, the concentration of CEC was also lower and their granular glycosaminoglycan had a lower degree of sulphation. However, in fetuses older than 6 months the number of mast cells increased greatly, the granules stained with TB showed deep violet color and red or mixed red-blue in AB-S mixture. The results showed a positive relationship between critical electrolyte concentration and high sulphation of granular glycosaminoglycan. Conculsion: Significant changes takes place in the histochemical properties of the mast cells during the development of the bladders of human fetus.
