摘要
以TGA、SEM为研究手段,评价了进口的甲醛玉米淀粉(1#)、2-羟丙基醚化淀粉(2#)、2-羟丙基醚化淀粉(3#)三种淀粉性能。然后以此三种淀粉为原料,设计了玻纤浸润剂的最佳配方,探讨了不同配方对玻纤性能的影响。结果表明,当3#质量分数为2.5%,1#质量分数为1.3%,2#质量分数为0.2%时,纱线最细,断裂强度最大,综合性能最优异。
In this study, three kinds of starch were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Then the designment of the glass fiber lubricant plasticizer and its influence on the properties of glass fiber were investigated by using above three kinds of starch as ingredients. The results revealed that glass fiber reached the highest breaking strength when the weight of 2-hydroxypropyl etherification starch (3^#) was 2.5%, and that of formaldehyde corn starch (1#) and 2-hydroxypropyl etherification starch (2^#) were 1.3% and 0. 2% respectively. Also the glass fiber possessed finest yarn and excellent performance, which was believed to have potential applications in glass fiber industries.
