摘要
目的应用扎根理论方法构建适用于临床的沙盘主题分析主题编码表并验证其有效性。方法收集广东医学院附属医院儿童发育行为中心2007-2009年间因行为问题接诊的149名儿童的初始沙盘照片资料及初步访谈记录。根据扎根理论方法原则,对沙盘作品进行编码,编制主题分析编码表;采用EPQ-N分量表进行校度。结果沙盘主题编码表有2个一级编码、18个二级编码和61个三级编码的三级结构。编码表与EPQ-N分量表相关系数r=0.329(P<0.01),提示具有一定的有效性和稳定性。结论基于扎根理论方法编制沙盘主题编码表,可为行为问题儿童的临床诊断和疗效评估提供参考。
Objective To construct the theme encode table of children's initial sandtray based on the grounded theory and test its validity. Methods Initial sandtray photos and preliminary interview records of 149 children with behavioral problems were collected from the Children's Development and Behavior Center of our hospital from 2007 to 2009. Following the guidelines of grounded theory, a theme encode table was constructed, and its validity was conformed by the EPQ emotional scale. Rosults The theme encode table included 2 level one codes, 8 theme codes, and 61 level 3 codes. There was a significant correlation between EPQ emotional scale and theme encode table (r=0.329, P〈0.01), suggestive of its validity and stability. Conclusion The theme encode table of initial sandtray is helpful for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of children with behavioral problems.
