以血管内皮生长因子为靶点的RNA干扰对鼻咽癌细胞生长的影响

摘要 鼻咽癌是我国南方地区高发的头颈部恶性肿瘤,其发生发展与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)关系密切。实验研究表明,以VEGF为靶点的RNA干扰技术对鼻咽癌细胞的生长具有一定的抑制作用,因此RNA干扰技术有望成为鼻咽癌治疗的新方法。本文综述了以VEGF为靶点的RNA干扰对鼻咽癌细胞生长的影响。
