摘要 目的优化夏枯草中迷迭香酸的超声波提取工艺。方法建立高效液相色谱法测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸的含量,以提取时间、提取溶剂、超声功率、料液比为考察因素,以迷迭香酸提取率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果通过单因素考察和正交试验,优化出夏枯草中迷迭香酸的最佳提取工艺为超声时间1 h、提取溶剂70%乙醇,超声功率400 W,料液比1∶30。结论本法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药夏枯草的开发利用提供参考。 Objective To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of Rosmarinic Acid from Prunella vulgaris L..Methods A HPLC method was established to determine the content of Rosmarinic Acid in Prunella vulgaris L.The best extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test with extraction time,extraction solvent,ultrasonic power,material-liquid ratio as factors and with the extraction rate of Rosmarinic Acid as index.Results The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic extracting time:1 h,extraction solvent:70% ethanol,ultrasonic power:400 W,material-liquid ratio:1∶30(W/v).Conclusion The extraction technology was simple and economical with high extraction rate and could provide parameters for exploitation and utilization of Prunella vulgaris L..
