摘要
目的优化延灯滴丸有效成分超声波提取工艺。方法以灯盏乙素含量为考察指标,通过单因素实验考察超声时间、温度、功率等对延灯滴丸有效成分含量的影响,采用均匀设计实验法确定最佳提取工艺。结果超声提取最佳工艺为:提取时间90 min,超声功率300 W,温度50℃,溶剂55%乙醇,液料比4∶1。结论超声波提取法提取时间短,操作方便,工艺稳定,重现性好,适于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize extraction technology of effective ingredients from Yandeng dripping pills.Methods Scutellarin was used as content index,the effect of ultrasound time,temperature and power on extraction were studied by single element experiments;The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by uniform-designed experiments.Results The optimum extraction condition was:extraction time 90 minutes;ultrasonic wave power 300 W;temperature 50 ℃;55% ethanol,material ratio 4∶1.Conclusion The method was simple,convenient and stable and could be operated easily,and suitable for industralized production.
