摘要
目的观察林蛙油复方冲剂对超重环境下微波辐射大鼠肝DNA、蛋白质、糖类、脂类等六种分子组成的影响。方法复制超重环境和微波辐射协同作用的Wistar大鼠动物模型,用高、中、低三种剂量的林蛙油复方冲剂和角鲨烯进行干预14 d后,检测各组大鼠肝分子组成的含量。结果空白对照组比较,DNA含量各组无明显变化;蛋白质含量模型组显著降低,高剂量冲剂组显著升高;总糖含量模型组显著降低,高、中冲剂组显著升高,甘油三酯含量三种剂量冲剂组均显著升高,角鲨烯干预组显著降低;总胆固醇含量角鲨烯干预组显著升高;总磷脂含量模型组显著降低,高、中剂量冲剂组显著升高。结论综合分析,低剂量冲剂(按每天每1 kg大鼠体重40 mg林蛙油)即可对大鼠有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe effects of Rana Japonica Oil compound granules on molecular compositions of DNA,protein,carbohydrate,cholesterol,phospholipid in the livers of rats under microwave radiation in hypergravity environment.Methods Rat models under microwave radiation in hypergravity environment were copied and interviewed by high,medium and low doses of Rana Japonica Oil Compound Granules and Squalene respectively for 14 days,molecular compositions in rat livers in each group were detected.Results Compared with the blank control group,DNA content of each group had no change;protein content in model was lower,high-dose granules group were higher;total sugar content in model was lower,while it increased greatly in high,medium granules groups;triglyceride content in the three granules groups increased,while in squalene intervention group it decreased;total cholesterol content of squalene in the intervention group was significantly higher;total phospholipid content in model was lower,while in high-dose group and medium-dose group it was higher.Conclusion Low-dose compound granules(1 kg body weight per day at 40 mg Rana oil)could have better therapeutic effect according to comprehensive analysis.
