摘要
目的建立十五味龙胆花丸(白花龙胆、檀香、诃子等)中龙胆苦苷和丁香酚的定量测定方法。方法采用ShiseidoC18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱为流动相;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长270 nm。结果龙胆苦苷和丁香酚质量浓度分别在0.141 4~1.060 8μg/mL(r=0.999 9)及0.156 6~1.174 8μg/mL(r=0.999 7)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.85%(RSD为1.77%)和99.72%(RSD为1.85%)。结论方法简便可行、灵敏度高,可用于十五味龙胆花丸的质量控制。
AIM danhua Pill ( Gentiana To develop an HPLC method for determining gentiopicroside and eugenol in Shiwuwei Longalgida Pall. , Santali albi Lignum, Chebulae Fructus, etc. ). METHODS The Shiseido C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid with a gradient elution, the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The column temperature was maintained at room temperature, and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. RESULTS Gentiopicroside and eugenol showed the good linear relationship in the ranges of 0. 141 4-1.060 8μg/mL (r =0.999 9)and 0. 156 6-1. 174 8μg/mL (r =0.999 7). The average recoveries of gentiopicroside and eugenol were 99.85% and 99.72% with RSDs of 1.77% and 1.85% (n = 6). CONCLUSION This method is convenient, sensitive and can be used in the quality control of Shiwuwei Longdanhua Pill.
