摘要 目的研究江西产凤尾草的化学成分,寻找活性成分。方法凤尾草经70%乙醇提取再经石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,乙酸乙酯及水部位用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从凤尾草中分离鉴定了6个蕨素类化合物,其中4个从乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到,分别为蕨素B(1),乙酰蕨素B(2),去羟基蕨素B(3),蕨素Z(4);2个从水部位中分离得到,分别为蕨素C 3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),蕨素Q 3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)。结论化合物2,3,4及6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 AIM To study the chemical constituents of Pteris multifida Poir. collected from Jiangxi province, China. METHODS Pteris multifida was extracted by 70% ethanol. Then the extract was suspended in H2O and successively partitioned with petroleum ether, EtOAc and n-BuOH in turn. The compounds were isolated from EtO- Ac and H2O fractions and purified by silica column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of isolated compounds were identified by means of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS, respectively. RESULTS Six ses- quiterpenes were isolated and identified as pterosin B (1), acetyl-pterosin B (2), dehydropterosin B (3), pterosin Z (4), pterosin C 3-O-β-D-glucosidede (5), pterosin Q 3-O-βD-glucosidede (6) from Pteris multifida, among them, compounds 1-4 were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction, and compound 5 and 6 are isolated from the water fraction. CONCLUSION Compounds 2, 3, 4 and 6 are isolated from this species for the first time.
