摘要
旅游人才是影响旅游业发展的重要因素之一。通过问卷调查发现抚仙湖旅游综合试验区旅游人才存在着素质水平不高、离职率偏高、缺乏高层次管理者、激励形式较为单一、对旅游认识不够等问题。运用相关原理,提出加强并完善培训内容、形式,丰富激励形式,建设人才梯队,提高旅游认识等措施以完善旅游区的人才建设,对综合试验区旅游业的发展具有一定的实际指导意义。
Tourism talents play an important role in tourisin development. An investigation by questionnaire shows the present tourism stuff in Fuxian -- Xingyun Lake Comprehensive Tourism Construction Experiment Zone suffer the problems of low quality, high quitting rate, inadequate high level managers, unvaried incentive mechanism, and meager recognition of tourism. Guided by related theories, countermeasures are suggested to further perfect the form and contents of training, va ry incentives, develop personal echelon, and update understanding of tourism. The suggestions are meant to offer practical guidance for the zone.
