摘要
教育信仰在教师的教育生涯中起着精神引领和行动准则的功用。教师教育信仰是对人的信仰和对教育信仰的统一,其重心是人生信仰。教师只有把生命教育、公民教育和素质教育作为自己始终不渝的信仰,才能培育有生命尊严感的、懂得人与人平等的人格意识,成为合格的且有尊严的社会公民,从而实现教师自身的生命价值。
Functioning as the spiritual guide and behavior criterion in a teacher's career, educational, belief is the union of man's general faith and beliefs in education with its emphasis laid on faith of life. Only when a teacher incorporates life education, citizenship education and quality education into his unswerving faith can he help his students develop actual respect for life and equality so as to become decent citizens, whereby the teacher can achieve his value of life.
