民族院校研究生培养质量研究——以中央民族大学民俗学专业研究生为例

A Study on the Quality of Postgraduate Education in Ethnic Colleges and Universities: A Case Study of Nationalities Folklore Major in Minzu University of China

研究生培养质量是当下中国高层次教育的大问题。中央民族大学民俗学通过多年的探索,在研究生培养中注重学术活动在研究生培养质量中的作用,主要体现在导师引导研究生进入学术领域,研究生进入导师项目组,学术研究氛围的培育等几个环节。这些环节为培养高层次民俗学人才提供了必备的途径,值得借鉴,就未来研究生质量工程建设提出了可资借鉴建议。

Quality of postgraduate student education is an irriportant issue at the higher level of education in present Chi na. After years of exploration, Folklore Study at Minzu University of China gives emphasis to the role of academic activities in postgraduate education. Supervisors initiate their students into academic fields and circles; students are encouraged to work in projects sponsored by supervisors; and an atmosphere is created conducive to academic pursuit. Their practice and experience are valuable for future quality proiect of post--graduate education.
