摘要
为了揭示改进型夹持式穴播轮的工作机理,并为穴播轮的优化设计提供依据,对穴播轮的工作过程进行了分析。穴播轮充种时,结拱的种子可在充种装置的作用下以填补空间的方式进入夹种口;清种时,夹种口变小,夹种口中不稳定的种子被挤出夹种口;种子从夹种口落下的方式有两种,一种是滑落,另一种是滚落;投种时,夹种口张开,夹种口中的种子在重力作用下落入接种杯,落种速度随穴播轮转速的增大而逐渐减小,当穴播轮角速度大于11rad/s时种子进入夹种口的速度为零,此时种子在重力作用下不能下落。
For the purpose of identifying working mechanism of the improved clamping cotton-seed precision dibbler,the operating process of the dibbler was analysied in this paper.The seed kernel arching at entrance port of the seed-collecting device could enter into the port in the manner of filling-spatial during the seed-filling process under the effect of seed-filing parts.In the process of seed-clearing,the size of the port of the seed-collecting device becomes smaller,the seeds that unstable in the port are extruded from the port,and then there are two ways in which the extruded seeds falling from port,one is slide down,the other is rolling down.In the process of seed-dropping,the port of the seed-collecting device became larger,the seeds in the port falling down and entering the seed-hopper under the effect of gravity.The speed of seed entering the seed-hopper became slow while the rotating speed of the dibbler faster,and the seed in the port couldn't enter the seed-hopper under the effect of gravity when the angle speed of dibbler is greater than 11 rad/s,and at this condition the seed-falling speed is zero.The conclusion in the paper would be helpful to the understanding of operating performance intensively.
