加强与改进医学院校卫生法学教学之探索

A Probe into the Enhancement and Improvement of Health Law Teaching in Medical Colleges and Universities

医学院校的卫生法学教育存在着目的和手段之间的矛盾。如何在法学教学资源相对匮乏的条件下，达到培养合格医学人才的目标，是一个应当正视的问题。本文认为可通过科学制定教学目标、调整卫生法学课程性质、合并《法律基础》与《卫生法学》教学、优化师资队伍等方法来解决这一问题。

In medical colleges and universities, there exists the contradiction between the purpose and means in health law education. Under the condition of relatively scarce teaching resources, how to cultivate qualified medical talents is a problem we should face squarely. This paper puts forward the following feasible ways to solve the problem： working out scientific teaching goals, adjust properties of health law courses, integrating law basis with health law teaching, and appropriately extending class hours.
