During the practice of leading Youjiang Revolutionary Base,Deng Xiaoping deeply understand the decisive function of cadres.By strengthening the theoretical study,creating training systems,training local cadres,and good selection and management of cadres,he trained a cadre team with high political consciousness and resolute revolutionary determination for Youjiang area,which theoretically and practically enriched and developed the thought in the Party＇s cadre team building.
