The Thinking on Land Transfer in Newly Developed Industrial Base——A Case Study of Baise Aluminum Industrial Base

国家对百色的发展定位为,打造全国重要的铝工业基地。百色是一个多民族聚集地区,作为我国重要的新兴铝工业基地,其发展始终离不开土地。因此,在实施工业兴市的战略中,由此产生的工业基地建设,包括矿产基地建设、能源基地建设、交通运输、城镇化建设、产业结构调整、劳动力转移等,都涉及到土地流转所产生的问题。协调解决各方面的问题,对实现民族地区的工业化和民族大团结具有重要的现实意义。

The state positions the development of Baise as creating the country＇s major aluminum industrial base.As an area gathered by multi-ethnic groups,and China＇s newly developed aluminum industrial base,Baise＇s Development has been inseparable from the land.Therefore,construction of industrial bases resulted from the implementation of the strategy of prospering city through industry such as mineral base,energy base,transportation,urbanization building,industrial restructuring,labor force transfer are concerning issues of land transfer.It is of great practical significance to solving various problems to realize the industrialization of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities and to achieve national unity.
