联苯苄唑中空泡腾栓溶出度及稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的考察联苯苄唑中空泡腾栓的溶出度,并对其稳定性进行研究。方法采用溶出度测定法中的桨法,对联苯苄唑的中空泡腾栓和普通栓剂的溶出度进行比较,并通过耐热实验、耐寒实验、恒温加速实验考察联苯苄唑中空泡腾栓的稳定性。结果联苯苄唑中空泡腾栓的溶出度明显高于普通栓剂,稳定性实验的含量测定结果,发泡量及外观均无明显变化。结论联苯苄唑中空泡腾栓溶出速度快,制剂稳定性良好。 Objective To study the dissolution and stability of Bifonazole hollow effervescent suppository.Methods The paddle method was used to compare the dissolution of common Bifonazole suppository and hollow effervescent suppository.The stability of Bifonazole hollow effervescent suppository was measured by heat-resistant test,cold-tolerance test and constant temperature accelerated test.Results The dissolution rate of hollow effervescent suppository was faster than that of common suppository.The stability test indicated that there were no marked changes among hollow effervescent suppository in the content,foaming volume and appearance.Conclusion Bifonazole hollow effervescent suppository has fast dissolution rate and good stability.
