高职高专大学生职业伦理教育的困境与出路

The predicament and the way out of the professional ethic education for undergraduates in higher vocational academies

职业伦理是职业素养的重要组成。高职高专大学生的职业伦理教育决定了其走入社会后面向公共提供服务的职业素养。而个体职业伦理的形成又受到社会、学校、家庭等多方面的影响,教育者要正视现实社会的问题,以个体的最高利益和长久利益来引导高职高专生的职业伦理观念的形成,以期培养社会需要的人才。

Professional ethics is an important part of professional attainment. The education of professional ethics for undergraduates in higher vocational academies determines their professional attainment when they gradu- ate and serve the society. The formation of individual professional ethics is influenced by the society, the educa- tion and the family etc., so the educators should face squarely the realistic social problem, guide the students to form the idea of professional ethics according to their best interests and long-term interests in order to cultivate the talents who are capable of meeting the social demands.
