摘要 目的 研究CD44v6 在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法染色技术测定65 例非小细胞肺癌细胞标本CD44v6的表达水平,并分析其与病理类型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及临床分期之间的关系。结果 CD44v6 在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达的阳性率为66.2 % ,显著高于癌旁正常组织(7.7% ),且CD44v6 的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),但与病理类型无关(P> 0.05)。结论 检测CD44v6基因的表达,有可能为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移。 Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of CD44v6 in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods By using SP immunohistochemical method with anti CD44v6 monoclonal antibody, the expression of CD44v6 in 65 cases NSCLC and its correlations with pathological types, metastatic states of lymph nodes, size of tumor mass and clinical stages were studied. Results The total positive rate (66 2 %) of CD44v6 expression in NSCLC was much higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (7 7 %), and it also correlated with the stages of lymph nodes involved and the clinical staging ( P <0 05), but had no correlation with pathological types. Conclusion The data demonstrated that expression of CD44v6 might be used as an objective indicator for the metastatic potency. extent of invation and the prognosis in NSCLC.
